The successor to last week's Game of the Week. I liked this game but have not yet beaten it. I got up to Bunny hooded Wario but couldn't get past that. I haven't played it in a looooong time. Maybe it's because every time I lost I had to start again and get all six coins. Dang that was frustrating.

Anyway, please take time to vote for next week's Game of the Week. Choose from the list below:

Animal Crossing
New Super Mario Bros (DS)
Mario Kart DS
Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles
The Legend of Zelda

Yup, this is the first action Game Boy game I ever played. One of the finest, too. Kept me busy for a nice long time.

Yup, yes sir.

I vote for Mario Kart DS.

Leaps and bounds beyond Mario Land 1. A thumbs up from me.

I also have this Super Mario World comic book (it's a collection of comics that were featured in Nintendo Power back when they did more than take frames from the TV shows and add word bubbles) that has an SML2 comic in the very back.

I'll vote Legend of Zelda.

A nice game and a big improvement over the orignal SML (which has nothing to do with this one). I like it how you can freely pick your order of worlds, and there were some nice secrets to discover as well.

Impressive game, considering its predecessor was basically a Game Boy version of Super Mario Bros. with half the levels and cruddy, black and white graphics. Unfortunately, all I could play it on was a Game Boy Color, so even though its graphics were slightly improved with a total of two colors, it was still hard to see. I need to play it again with a GBASP (I played the game back when you could still rent Game Boy games at Blockbuster).

I vote Legend of Zelda.

I believe I played it once...a relative of mine had it at a family reunion. Hardly remember anything about the game.

I'll vote for Legend of Zelda.

One of the best Super Mario Bros. games, and the best of the Mario Land series.

I'll go with Crystal Chronicles, since I'm apparently the only person who likes it.

I'm pretty sick of seeing Mario and Zelda stuff up there.

I'm pretty sick of seeing four first party games and one second/third party game up there.

I'm also pretty sick of seeing four GCN/GBA/DS games and one pre-GCN/GBA/DS game up there, which is always first party.

This was the game I got when I bought my Game boy Pocket, which was my first Game Boy ever.

I vote Zelda.

I love this game! The only crappy part about this game was how if you got a game over you lose all the coins. Mario Land 3 (aka Wario World) was the best, though.

I vote LOZ if its not to late

^You mean Wario Land. Wario World is for the GameCube.

Wario Land on the Virtual Boy was my favorite incarnation of the Wario series. They shouldn't have turned the Mario series into a Wario series.

I loved this game. I can't remember what specifically made it great, maybe it was the bosses or the level set up, but it was just so fun to play through.

I vote for Super Mario Bros DS
