Characters are not limited to good guys. My favorite FE characters are: From Fire Emblem: 1) Rebbecca 2) Raven 3) Priscilla 4) Lloyd 5) Legault From FE: Sacred Stones: 1) L'Arachel 2) Marisa 3) Gerik 4) Amelia 5) Neimi |

We only began having Fire Emblem from the seventh and on. |

| Junior Member Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: POUNDS OF BEER Posts: 479 Thanks: 0 Thanked 0 Times in 0 Posts | FE7: Erk Matthew Hector Nergal Denning FE Sacred Stones: Colm, Gerik Amelia, Ross, Ewan Lute, Artur Ephraim My overall least favorite character would have to be Lyon. Anyone who's beaten Sacred Stones agree Lyon is a horrible main enemy? He had no chance with his "Goal", and Ephraim was too nice to him. Nergal would've had a chance to work out his dragon quintessance stealing. The dragon looked cooler too, even though the Demon King didn't have a creepy screech. The only way to stop me is to kill me." Either way you release the Demon King. And Ephraim was saying how he'll always be Lyon's freind, even though Lyon lied to him, sent monsters at him, tried to kill him, said the Demon King never possessed him, and caused a war out of his stupidity. He had no goal or morale. He was a wimp who couldn't live without his father, yet Ephraim and Eirika did fine. Of anything, he pretty much was an awful character. Nergal, he had a shot. He could've achived his goal, especially because he actually had one. He was also strong enough to do it. Lyon was too easy to beat. |

Same goes for Nergal...wasn't much of a challenge there if you knew what you were doing. King Zephiel was a much better developed villain than either of those two. FE6's plotline is just better in every way. |

One thing I noticed though was that if I did specific actions (Like moved characters to specific spots and had them kill specific characters) then up until Nergal, everything seemed pre-programmed. Rath always went after Matthew if I moved him at a specific spot, he would always dodge, then he would always have criticals on the exact same enemies as he did last time. It may be that my copy has some bugs in it that aren't in my friend's version. |

A lot of stuff in the games is stupid, like the constant-save things (play the same hour-long level SCORES OF TIMES), but despite that, I still like them. FE7: (Blazing Sword?) Lowen-- the man. Support him to anyone. Rebecca-- ridiculously good, plus her Lowen support was funny. Guy-- swordmasters are cool. Matthew-- thieves are pretty cool, too. Legault-- cool thieves are even cooler. Rath-- cool. Not to mention crazily good. Dart-- he's a pirate. Sacred Stones: Ross-- badass. Headband and leather jacket. Ewan-- so strong, it's retarded. He could tear anyone else apart. I could have probably let him rip through entire levels by himself. (I made him a Summoner, if you're wondering.) Myrrh-- she's a ****ing dragon...ess... thing. Joshua-- swordmasters are still cool. And his hat is gaudy. Gaudy, I say. Forde-- cool guy. Colm-- makes Neimi cry. And he's pretty cool, being a thief and all. [ July 07, 2005, 10:47 PM: Message edited by: Prince Toad ] |
