If you visit nintendo database and look at either the NES,GB/GBC,SNES or N64 game lists you will notice that there arent alot of sequels and spinoffs now look at the GC,GBA and DS lists most of the games are spinoffs or sequels such as mario golf or metroid prime 2 i wish nintendo would quit rehashing their current franchises in favor of a new one like geist or a old classic like star tropics hopefully the GBE,REV wont get so many spinoffs and sequels that the previous 3 systems got

I totally agree. I don't like the current trend. The other day I was looking at the gamelists for GCN and GBA on the site of my local store and there were only a handful of games that I didn't own that I would consider buying. The only game I really want is Twilight Princess.

If someone doesn't want Twilight Princess, they have either been living under a rock, are not really alive, or too old to get into video games...

I want Twilight Princess, but not enough to pay $50 for it. I'll be fine waiting until it drops to $20.

My mom said she got chills watching the E3 trailer in NP, and she isn't much into Zelda. Woah.

More like a slow system for Nintendo. Or was that just the past 10 years? Seriously, though.. Look at all the 3rd party games that are coming out for the PS2 and the X-box simultaneously. Nintendo just hasn't interested any of the smaller companies.
