I just found it a difficult game for some reason. Anyway, you've all got until Wednesday to nominate 5 GotW candidates. Before you nominate though, please check the GotW archive to see if your game has already been our featured game. |

This was the third Zelda game I really played through (after LoZ and OoT) and I thought it was a great bridge between the 2d gameplay of the first game and the sense of adventure (for lack of a better word) and story of OoT. This is why I like it much better than LttP, which I found kind of lacking in this depart. In that game you just got to hear what you had to do in the beginning, and the dungeons were marked on your map, and that was it. Maybe some people like this less-lineair approach, but I like it when getting to a dungeon is as much a challenge as the dungeon itself. |

About six months ago, I sat down with it, and thoroughly enjoyed it. One of those games I played for so long at a time it gave me a headache, and STILL couldn't put it down. I also did it with 0 continues (I died lots of times, but I always reset), so I got the secret after the credits (which I thought was kind of lame) The final boss kept slaughtering me, until Glyph reminded me of the Roc's Feather. >_> Lesse... I nominate Castlevania: Aria of Sorrow (I like Circle of the Moon more, but AoS is more popular. HoD sucks.) ![]() Where are these lemmings going? The Super Nintendo Super Shire! Hop in line and follow them there! |

Never will forget how long I was stuck in the last three dungeons, nor will I forget how absoultley stupid I felt when I found out you had to shoot the one statue with an arrow to get a small key. <_> I vote Aria of Sorrow. |
