I mean, I don't expect a lot from the writers at WWF, but even as a kid I knew when they'd just given up. I mean, they'd announce the guy ("Here comes that purveyor of evil and untidyness, Mean Mike the Nefarious Garbage Man!"), and he'd come sauntering out amidst boos and assy hair-metal, carrying a Rubber-Maid trash can that would figure into his ridiculous finishing move ("Oh horror of horrors! He's just performed the Trash Can Steam Roller Ultra-Murder Fiesta, a move illegal in forty-seven states and certain parts of Guam!"), and then, after the match, he'd grab the mike and go, 'You know what I think about Macho Man? I think he's trash!!! And, come Wrestle-O-Rama, I'm gonna take him out!!!' And then he'd disappear forever, and the wrestler who played him would show up a couple weeks later as Nasty Nick the Evil Beekeeper. __________________ Boo--beware, he lives Last edited by Booyakasha; 10-23-2007 at 05:45 PM. |

Khali, hands down, that guy couldn't have a good match if he lied there and got his ass whupped! |

Gender: Posts: 1,621 Thanks: 0 Thanked 82 Times in 61 Posts | Failure to mention the Brooklyn Brawler suprises me. His gimmick was great, it's just he had barely any skills, which is probably why the WWF didn't put him over most of the time. He did have a few good wins though, including a battle royal victory in 1997 and one in 2000. He got a WWF title shot both times but he, predictibly, lost both times. He also won a few matches as Doink (I think.) Other bad wrestlers (Skill-wise) included the guys like Giant Gonzales and Khali, who were mostly just there to show people that it takes a big guy to take down the Undertaker. Khali got used for more than that though (Including a world heavyweight title reign. Blech....) WCW..... don't even get me started on ****ty wrestlers there. there was McMichael, and some were just down right pathetic, gimmick and skill-wise. David arquette is a prime example, other notable ones being Jay leno, Karl Malone and Dennis rodman, but they all (Techically) were not wrestlers, so they don't really count. Another prime example of that above point? Lawrence taylor. He had, litterally, no gimmick, and no skill. WWF just decided to make a match between him and Bam Bam Bigelow (R.I.P) because Taylor (Kayfabe, mind you.) Laughed at Bigelow after he lost a tag match at the 1995 royal rumble. Honorable mentions for worst gimmick: Rick Martel (As the model. He had no reason to actually agree to do it like that.) Natural disasters (All they were two fat dudes put together as a tag team because back in 1992-1993, the tag division sucked) Any "King" gimmick (excluding Jerry Lawler.) Honorable mentions for worst wrestlers, skill wise: Any big guy they sell as unliftable (Andre the giant is excluded because, after all, Hogan was the only guy who lifted him, right?) Kevin Nash (Had some sloppy execution.) Sid (See above) Hogan (Great to some, including me, but skill-wise, Hogan used the same startegy over and over again. Back rake, eye rake, choking, scoop slam, stuff like that. Any "Wrestler" Who is actually a celebrity (Obviously.) |

It was funny cuz Bobby kept rooting for whoever was winning at the moment.... which reminds me, add to the list ANYONE who's prmary role is that of a manager (Heenan, Slick, Jimmy Hart, Virgil) Fuji is an exception to this rule because he was actually a wrestler at one point (the Fujiwara arm bar is named after him) before he became a manager, and any Female managers, as females in general are not that good at wrestling anyway |

I can sum this up in two words. Cena. Sucks! |

Granted there are some exceptions, trish and lita come to mind, but for the most part the women are there to smile and wear next to nothing. It's sad, but it's true. And don't get me started on those STUPID bra-and-panties matches! If i wanted to see women stripping i'd go to a strip club or turn on Cinemax!!!! |

Gender: Posts: 1,621 Thanks: 0 Thanked 82 Times in 61 Posts | ^ There was Trish, Lita, Chyna (Sort of) Sable (She was kind of both sex object and wrestler, so I guess she counts) as well as many ohters, so not all women wrestlers sucked. They don't always show themselves off. |

I think he wolfed an entire turkey at a Thanksgiving Day PPV in the early nineties. Other than that, he was an exceedingly bad wrestler. Unintentionally hilarious though. |
