How did you all begin watching wrestling?

It was a rainy September night in 1998. I was just 10 years old but my birthday was in 3 days. I was at my friends house and we were watching 7th heaven or something because his mom loved that show and we had nothing else to do. It was then 8 and time for Monday Night Raw to come on and I was like well i'm going to go. My friend begged me to stay and check wrestling out, and so I did. From that moment on till today i've been watching it and it's been awesome.

What about you guys?

Brother introduced it to me when I was very little. That plus hours upon hours of playing this WWF Game for SNES had me hooked on and off for several years.

Started went I was 5/6, our family started to watch it regluarly on a sunday. But now only I watch it. Although I have missed todays program.

3 years ago, I saw a handicap match between Kane vs HHH/SCSA. Watched ever since.

However I stopped watching when I got older because it got progressively fake and didn't have the "action" it once had.

^ I see your point. I mean 2 mondays ago when Kane chokeslammed Snitsky off the stage into the tables, he went with him, and as soon as they hit, he asks him "Are you alright? and Snitsky says "Yeah, im okay" plain as day! lol.

(and now for me to date myself...) I dont know exactly HOW i s tarted watching, but i know it was the late 80s because it was about WM5.

My best friend dave has Smackdown: Here comes the pain. That game made me a hardcore fan, even if I sometimes fall asleep during the cruiserweight championship [img]smile.gif[/img] My first time watching it was the week that Benoit, I think, was GM.

I hope you're a hardcore fan for years to come. It's really an enjoyable show that brings you and your friends together if they like it too. I love watching Raw every Monday night at my buddys place and they come here every Thursday night for Smackdown. Also, pay per views are at my house too. You should all come! lol.

I started watching NWA (the old one with Ric Flair, Wahoo McDaniel, etc.) and WWF on Saturday mornings back in the late 80's, eventually losing interest in the mid-90's when I got a job in high school. Regained interest while bored at college on a fall Monday night in 1999, and recently lost interest again due to idiotic storylines, bad booking, HHH overdose, and a general lack of time.

I'm sure I'll regain interest at some point, but it's been about a month since I watched any WWE and don't really miss it yet.

The road to WrestleMania is always unpredictable. I think for the first time ever after this years WrestleMania, EVERYTHING will change for the better.

It was a Saturday night and me and my friend were watching something on TV and we saw the commercial to one of the Smackdown Games.(We were more itrested in the hot, sexy divas)So later that night we drove to Blockbuster Got Smackdown and some movies and invited some friends over.Man we had so much fun!We only watched one movie!We were more intrested in the bra and panties match than all the others!Next thing we know I see a commercial that had some of the wrestlers that we played with in it!(A Raw Commercial) So I invited my friends back over Monday to watch Raw.Then we saw a commercial about Smackdown so one of the other people invited us over to his house Thursday.We did that every day until the end of the month which then we saw something about Wrestlemania!So another person invited us over(with pay per view)and we watched it and now we do that almost every week!
