KInd of strange for Cryme tyme to end so abruptly. Eugene too, but whats the last major thing he did?

Cryme Time and Eugene released???!!! WTF?! Cryme Time and Eugene are a few of my personal favorite wrestlers!! It's going to be even more difficult for me to watch Raw. Raw's already my least favorite of the 3 brands, and WWE is doing a fine job keeping it that way.

Based on what I've read:

Cryme Tyme was working stiff against Cade and Murdoch at a house show
The referee caught on and quickly counted them out
Cryme Tyme responded by (non-kayfabe) taking the referees belt and selling it to the crowd.

And they were fired.
