I watched about five minutes, got excited when the Hulkster came out, and then switched over to watch what I was really excited for: Bret. ****ing. Hart. So what were your thoughts on these two humongous returns? Hart has supposedly signed a 4-month contract, so I'm assuming some sort of big Bret vs. Vince storyline will come out of it, but what I saw last night between Bret and Shawn was a very touching thing. After all of this history, and all of the spite and anger between Bret and Shawn, to see them embrace like that (staged or not) was just really cool. I was glad that I chose to watch WWE instead of TNA, because despite TNA's efforts to make themselves into WCW, I'm a huge fan of both The Hitman and HBK. I wouldn't have missed them finally putting that blasted screwjob behind them for the world. |

It'll be very interesting to see what happens, but if TNA begins to get to being like WCW near the end of it's reign, it's gonna be a quick end. |

TNA seems to have no plans to continue broadcasting live, and TNA had a characteristically low 1.5 (or something along those lines) in the ratings. This is certainly high for TNA, but it would take some doing to create interesting enough storylines and get the budget required to be ready to try to take on the WWE. Seeing as at this point WWE is so popular that even Hulk Hogan can barely steal away enough viewers to even make a dent... Eh. I wouldn't count on this becoming a big deal. But hey, I've been wrong before. |

But then again, when Bret F*ckin' Hart comes back to WWE after 12 years you better believe it's going to be interesting to see what happens. |
