Do you do MA?

I know we use to have a few MA students on here. Let's talk about them, and stuff.

My first martial art I study is Bujinkan Ninjutsu. I'm 2nd Kyu, and from talks with my teacher I should be 1st kyu by the end of this year, and by april next year I should be 1st Dan (black belt). Also in April, me and my teacher, as well as a few other students are going to Japan to learn directly with the Japanese Masters. Been learning for about 2/3 years, and training regularly three nights a week.

Why I love Bujinkan. Mainly for the weapons. Currently I'm good with Sword, Staves, Knives, Naginata (polearm), shuriken, Kusari (flexible weapons, like chains, belts, cords, etc.), Kama (hand scythes), Kubaton (self-defence short stick, it's about the size of a marker pen), and Tessen. Of course there is more weapons, but I'm still trying to get to grips with/haven't used much.

The second martial art I have studied, I've had to give up for a bit. It's Capoeira. Due to time and money restraints I had to stop. It was a great laugh, and fantastic form of exercise. I wasn't with them for very long. (About 5 months.) The Teach claimed I were a natural, but it just didn't seem to hard for me to understand how to play.

I do continue to practise Capoeira, even though I do not attend a class, and am looking for classes nearer to me. But with Bujin three nights a week, and yoga one night. You do need a couple of nights rest. Haha.

I have a black belt, 1st Dan in Taekwondo, and I'm hoping to do my second Dan next year; unfortunately I have to do instructor, referee and umpire courses to get it in my current organisation (the TAGB).

We don't use any weapons at all, but I've always been tempted to join a kendo club, or maybe learn a little Aikido. That said I doubt I'll ever give up on Taekwondo; kicking people in the face is just way too much fun.
