I Need Help With OBLIVION!!! - VGF

I am on a last quest for thieves guild...and i have one problem...There are the statue with sword,and i must shut it with arrow.but i can't get on place from where i must shut the arrow!!! HELP me if you see this topic!!!THX ALL WHO HELP ME!!!

does anyone besides me realize how bad his grammar is? I mean, if your playing an M rated game and you can't spell shoot then there's something wrong with you.
