Halo 2 (And Trailer)

I'm sure everyone's who considers themselves a fan has seen this.

Very Cool.

Any predictions? I've got hundreds.

1.)If you read the book by Eric Nylund, You'd know that the orignal reason for the spartans was to capture an enemy ship, and have cortana crack their computers. Once in, the spartans would run a kamikaze mission into the homeworld, or perhaps sneak in and take hostage of a leader. Though If the trailer is any judge, it's not it either.

2.) Judging by the trailer, the story might take place on earth while the coveneant invade; but the master chief emerges to bust up the party. The only actual evidence to this theory is that soem parts of th world featured in the trailer look like mexico.

3.) A far more logical and supported theory: If you listen very carefully to what guilty spark 343 says, one is given the vague idea that there are more Halo's out there. The first notion is that the name itself is iven anumber. The forerunner were very thorough; perhaps he is one of some 400 guilty sparks ever produced, to help the "Reclaimer" in his job of making this universe devoid of life. The first part of the name is something of a metaphor too; instilling the idea to wipe everything out. So, if their ARE 343 different guilty sparks, where the hell are the others?

Installments? 003? Numbers again? This implies that it's the 3rd halo ever made. Multiple dangerous weapons all around space? uuuggh.

According to the head of Bungie Studios..Halo 2 is going to be Halo on fire driving through a hospital zone at 100 mile per hour being chased by Ninjas. And the ninjas are on fire, too.

Looks incredibly awesome.

oh so very true. But I doubt it will feature ninjas. or hospitals. I mean, to have a hospital in a warzone...
