i heard that this month halo2 is coming out does anyone know if that is true

It won't be out this year. It's looking like a holiday 2004 launch. Perfect Dark is likely to be the big game this holiday season. I don't know how Microsoft intends to have Halo 3 ready within a year after Halo 2, though.

Halo was pushed into 2004.

Its kind of better that way since there are some big hitters in late 2003.
