I just recenly bout halo, but ive been playing it with my freinds, What the best way to get better, like be a better sniper, Close range, Just altoghter get better. Becasue iam tired of getting owned bye my freinds. Maybe its just they have played the game longer. But could anyone possible share some secrets with me to becoming great at Multi-player?

Play the single player game on a higher difficulty. Make it so the single player game is far too difficult for you, then just keep playing. You'll eventually get better.
