I have just enough money for one 50 dollar game. Should I get Splinter Cell: PT or wait until Halo 2 comes out? I love the first Halo, but I only have it on PC, and I'm getting XBox next week sometime. Any advice?

Halo 2 isn't out until the fall earliest. Splinter Cell PT is out now.
