Everyone I've talked to on LIVE says it's good, the trailers look good, and the gameplay looks absolutley sexy. Anyone on here have it? *because everyone said it would destroy H3 so I wasn't gonna get it* |

What would be cool is if I get some serious tradein credit from Two Worlds, some old PS2 games maybe, and a GH3 Les Paul. Maybe. |

Back in September, I gathered up a pile of games I didn't particularly need any more, and traded them in at GS--between my discount card and the extra 'trade-in towards Halo3' credit they tacked on, I ended up with enough credit to pay for H3, along with 'Orange Box', 'Beautiful Katamari', 'Heavenly Sword', and most of 'Folklore' besides. (A good way of going about it is to check their website to see what games are going to net you the most credit. 'Pokemon Collosseum' ended up being worth 13 bucks--I was surprised as hell, believe you me.) __________________ Boo--beware, he lives |

Also, the campain is crap like most FPS. But I have to agree, the controls are excellent. The saving grace for this game is multiplayer and it's graphics. Otherwise, it's a bit bland. Still, it's 10x better than any Halo...I hate that neon vomit Bungie calls a game. |

Except it's quite different from neon vomi-...er, Halo. It's got similarities (God, I can't spell this word...) to Halo but at least someone doesn't jump 150 thousand miles in the sky, proceed to do a mid-air 180 degree turn and get me with a head shot while I look around like an idiot... One question: In CoD4, how do you get a "last stand" where you fire at your killer before dying? I never get it but everyone else gets it fairly often...so cheap... |

If you're not even at a level to where you have the Last Stand perk, I can only guess that you haven't beat it on Veteran. The same goes for Halo. I heavily doubt that you've beaten Legendary and gotten the LW achievements. If you haven't throuroughly inspected both games, don't pro or con either. |

I'm not the end-all master but I know one thing: Multiplayer is their core. And Halo's graphics make me sick. I have eyes. One more thing, I just suck at these games so I can't beat them on the easiest settings so I can never have an opinion? |

The way you said it as though it was straight fact wasn't. I don't believe the Multi to be the core of a game either. I think that the campaign is what represents the game to me. With the exception of TF2, I play the campaign for the meat, and for me the multi is an added bonus. Last edited by Demonicus Prime; 05-23-2008 at 06:45 AM. |

(I still haven't played it at all.) (But you probably could have guessed that.) __________________ Boo--beware, he lives |

And it's pretty much a fact since, if you read most magazines, the makers themselves say they spend most effort on multiplayer. What's that tell you? But from your perspective, I concede, I barely even played the campaigns of both games so my opinion is far from fact... |
