HELPT

My Husband was playing guitar hero 3 on xbox360 and decided to move the xbox to a different angle, by doing so it made an awful screeching noise (the disc did) and then when we pulled the disc out it had a minor scratch. The game not only didnt work but didnt start at all. So we headed to our local video game store and decided to get it cleaned ( it worked on another game before ) but it did not do anything. Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions... Has this happened to anyone?
