Just a question about Halo. Is Master Cheif a human,cyborg,what? Please,if the answer has spoilers in it,take the spoilers out.

To answer your question, You play Master Chief the last Spartan. The Spartans were humans picked at a young age and trained for combat. They were augmented with vitamins, steroids, and cybernetics.
Some Cyborg, mostly human. But Pure Awesome.
