I haven't been playiing Halo 2 in a while, but I would like to get back in the game. I was wondering who in here plays Halo 2 and if you do give me name on Halo 2. Then I'll be able to battle with some people who I know. Oh by the way I'm known as Darth_Flava86 on Xbox Live.

The power of the dark side is strong, but America is stronger.
God bless the father land.

It isn't 40 bucks a month. It's 40 bucks a year. Thats pretty cheap. I hope to see you in the game though.

I own Halo 2, but I can't get money for Xbox Live because I'm not old enough to work.

ok if you got x-box live then you know better than that, because you have to pay $40 bucks a year for x box live and $40 bucks a month for some one like your cable company to come out to your house and hook up the internet for you to plug into your xbox

Android 18 sorry I didn't figure in the cost of paying for broadband. But it still isn't that expensive. I get Alltel DSL for about 25 bucks (give or take a few). I also only pay half of the bill. DSL works just as good as cable. You don't need a super expensive internet service to enjoy Xbox Live.

Um, I really don't think you should include your internet connection into the price, since almost everybody has it anyway.

I played it at my cousins, as they have a ****load of games.

The Multiplayer can be fun, depending on map and what weapons you use.

Single player isn't, though. Very dull.

VGF is largely composed of a Nintendo-fanboy base. I wouldn't expect many people here to even own an Xbox. PM me if you want my gamer tag.

I used to, but my dumbass brother threw out the card I got for a year of it, and I lost the will to go out and buy another. I still play it down at my friend's house, though -- a bunch of kids in my neighborhood play it, and we've gotten 16-man games going on occasion.

I find it extremely hard to believe that there is no DSL service in Las Vegas...

Plus, why not get the cable service anyway?

DSL is in the phone lines, and there seems to be quite a bit of DSL providers. You can't blame Microsoft for the cost of the internet.

The starter kit is a good idea because you'll get 12 months, a headset, plus a game. You're experience will be 10 times better with the headset.

If I'm hosting a game, i generally boot people without headsets.

Unless I'm playing a sports game, then I generally don't want to hear what they have to say 90% of the time.
