Thats what ithink a good zelda mmorpg would be.

Maybe you should add a bit more, like Deku Scrub...heh...or Gerudo..but maybe that'd be under Human. What about also the Kokiri kids, or the Scarecrow race...if there ever really was one, I dunno, they just had one "Scarecrow Kid", I assume there's more of them. What about also being one of those Fairy women?
Moblins too maybe, and other creatures that are sorta hominids that I can't think of right now.
Aren't the people in Hyrule sorta elvish instead of "humans"?

^goryas, stalfos, wizrobes darknuts, lizardmen. and you could break down the "human" race into hylian, gerudo, and shiekah.
