The dread hawks are all like stabbing me, and I'm all like getting stabbed, and it's not cool, and I run screaming. But I totally beat it with my awesome cheapness. Zelda 1337N3$$ like +7. You'll probably reply to this, and be all like "Yeah, I beat that game, too," and I'll be all like "Shut up noob, no you didn't," and then you'll all sulk and probably wet your bed at night because I'm so right and you're a noob. I never really tried to play through it before, and I am so thrilled. There has not been a more rewarding ending to a videogame that I've played in the past 10 years, likely. |

| Super Bodyguard & King of the Arcade | Seeing this made me want to go play it through again, really. Damn those final bosses were a bitch though. |

Beating the game is the triumph. None of the games that have come out in god knows how long have been so challenging as to make me actually proud of having beaten them. And for all you "sage-shippers," Zelda totally plants one on Link at the end. |

| Super Bodyguard & King of the Arcade | I was satisfied with beating it because by far, this game jumps out at me (with OoS being a distant second) as the most combat-oriented Zelda game made. I remember playing through the first time, and the puzzles both to get into the dungeons and in the dungeons themselves were really nothing special. But damn, I remember walking away in frustration because in some dungeons I got my ass kicked before I could make it to the boss. |

One of the reasons why I dislike RPGs is that when you cannot beat a boss it may not be because you aren't good enough, but it may be because your character isn't strong enough. Still, I thorouhgly enjoyed playing through the game on my Zelda collector's disc, after I had rented it once before on the NES, when I didn't like it at all. |

As for your opinion on RPG's, the Golden Sun series, Pokemon series, and Quest 64 all have the easy training option since dying doesn't take away experience(just gold, except Q64) and you just reappear at your last save point(slight exceptions, but anyway) The only thing that bothers me in rpg's is the Die = Game Over thing. Paper Mario series was the only one that didn't bother me, but eh. Yeah, I suck at this game... | |

Oh, wait... goy ( P ) Pronunciation Key (goi) n. Offensive pl. goy·im (goim) or goys Used as a disparaging term for one who is not a Jew. SO YOU'RE SAYING I'M NOT JEWISH, IS THAT IT? ![]() Last edited by GRENTLEMEN; 08-02-2006 at 01:26 AM. |
