The Gorons are an obvious enemy this game.

Personally, I really doubt it. Hyrule is clearly at war with the twilight forces that are sweeping over their land. I don't see anything wrong with a grittier warrior Goron. It makes sense that they'd need to defend themselves.

I even saw in a video Link battling with a Goron.

So? It was probably just a training exercise. Like with the old guy in Wind Waker. I still don't see it happening.

Brainwashing is always a possibility, Crav.

But you could be right, Gorons have always been good. Then again, they could be doing a reverse Zora.

Zoras used to be evil in the early games, but they weren't anymore in OoT and MM.

Of course that would imply that they became evil, since OoT is chronologically the first game.

Zoras also used to look like the Creature from the Black Lagoon.

Maybe that goron's a mutilated bioweapon thingy?

Wow. TP looks a lot more psychotic than I remember from the demos. Maybe there's some hope for Nintendo after all.

And a news nugget:
Quote:
Zelda News: Twilight Princess Wii controls changed.
According to Shigeru Miyamoto, the controls for the Wii version of TP have been changed up a bit:

-Instead of pressing a button, you will now swing the sword by actually swinging the Wii-mote.

-Now that the B button is free, NIntendo is using that - instead of the D-pad - for firing arrows.

But is it a free-range sword or will the motion just trigger the usual combos?

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

I bet you'll have to act-out the usual combos.

Well, I spent years of my childhood swinging a stick around like it was a sword, so now, I can do that, except with a smaller stick, and actually accomplish something while doing it.

And about the Balrog-esque Goron Mines boss:

I don't know why, I just like that creature's design. They've been showing him off since 2004.
