I'd imagine you could still find it in most locations if you look hard enough. It was just meant as a warning that this could change pretty quickly. ![]() |

Okay, sure: F-Zero GX Fire Emblem: Path of Radiance Metroid Prime Metroid Prime 2: Echoes Sonic Adventure 2: Battle StarFox Adventures StarFox Assault Star Wars: Rogue Leader Star Wars: Rebel Strike Super Smash Bros. Melee Tales of Symphonia The Legend of Zelda Collector's Edition Disc (this one may not count) The Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess Viewtiful Joe Viewtiful Joe 2 If you count the Collecter's Edition Zelda disc then you could knock the count up to twenty, if not then sixteen. I also owned Luigi's Mansion, but lent it to a cousin a few years ago and haven't seen it since. | |

Not right now, but its eventual arrival is inevitable. It's been on every Nintendo platform since the SNES. Fire Emblem is making its way too. Metroid Prime 3 looks to blow the first two out of the water in many ways. The Sonic for Wii is supposed to be the first legitimately good 3-D Sonic game since...uh...SA2:B. With more Sonic. Starfox will make its way, too, in a form better than Assault (which is nice in its own way). I miss the Rogue Squadron games, I really do, and they won't be coming to the Wii in all likelihood unless Factor 5 has a change of heart, but we will in all likelihood be getting Pilotwings and various other flying games. Brawl > Melee. You can feel it coming as well as I can. There are Tales games on nearly every platform currently out. They'll be coming to the Wii too, at some point. The Wii-exclusive Zelda has been in development for a year. My point is this: most of the games you listed will have some great iteration on the Wii, and that's only those that will be getting the sequel treatment. No Gamecube fan can honestly claim that Twilight Princess is the only thing that would ever draw him towards buying a Wii - it's an investment, just like the Gamecube was, but it has the potential for a much bigger pay-off. |

I've not the funds to purchase a Wii for what is currently only one game that I want. The only way I would buy it now is for my kids, and my daughter isn't showing much interest in video games. My son may be a different story, but he's only just over a year old so it's going to be a while yet. |

| Don't ban me please. :( | Quote: I don't think it's selling out as well as you think. I remember before christmas I went into the best buy and saw several copies on the shelf...actually every time I go into best buy it's still on the shelf. It's not that it's selling out quickly...because it really isn't selling that good for the gamecube version. |

Just not as much as Crav said I believe the rumor is (the biggest, steaming pile of crap) a big lie. Theres no way it could be true. A few weeks ago I saw a lot of TP's. Then, a few days ago, I visit and saw even more. I haven't heard of this rumor at all yet. I'll have to check out the site to see if they took off the GC TP section. Crav EDIT: Don't call people liars when you don't have your facts straight. The section has been completely removed. I just checked to see if maybe they put it back up. You must be looking at something else. Last edited by Cravdraa; 01-20-2007 at 04:01 PM. |

Well before TP came out, I was wondering if I should get the GameCube version of it... Well because it was the only game I wanted to get on the Wii. But I ended up getting a Wii with TP. Just because I thought it was a good idea. Sure, it's the only game I want for the Wii right now, but it's a good idea to buy a Wii so I can buy new games in the future. (Also I thought it would probably be better to experience TP on the Wii) Also I am glad the Wii version is in widescreen. The GameCube version is not. (But that's kind of stupid, it should be in widescreen on the GameCube version too, there are some games on the GameCube that can be played in widescreen) I have a widescreen TV at my dad's house where I'm living, and my mom has a widescreen TV at her house too. My mom and sister live in Oregon, and I live in California. When I was in Oregon visiting a week ago, I let my sister borrow my GameCube and some games. She loves Zelda, and I told her she can get TP on the GameCube. (Since I was taking the Wii back to California with me) She was very excited to do that, so I went to the stores to find it for her. Anyways... This was on January 15, and I looked in all the stores that would sell it, and they were all sold out... I was giving up hope of finding it, but the very last store I went to, and the last one I could of gone to, actually had it so I got lucky. |

What else is actually going to move Wiis? People were lucky to even get a GCN version in the first place (I didn't understand why they released it myself), and there's always eBay. __________________ When in the real world am I ever going to need chemistry or history or math or the English language? |
