You need arrows (from the Temple of the Gods) to do anything interesting with him, but you can find him any time you can find tornadoes. There are tornadoes between Tingle Island and the Tower of the Gods. |

When you get somewhat close to it, Cyclos will pop out in a mini cut-scene thingy so you'll know if you have the right one. |

You don't need his face (he accepted just the purple cloud for me). After you hit him (I think 3 times?) he gives you the Ballad of Gales, which is a relief, not AS much sailing! |

Yes, I've found that it's possible to get his pic and then shoot at him, but it's extremely difficult. Here's my story: I found his cloud by Northern Triangle Island, got the pic, and beat him. I took the pic to Carlov by warping, but he didn't accept it. Thank God I didn't save. So I reset and tried it again. This time, I got a close-up pic, but I got teleported. The Lord must have found my favor, because I was landed on Dragon Roost Island, and not somewhere way out there like Gyorg City Angular Isles. So I went down to Forest Haven, showed Carlov the pic, and he accepted it. The cloud in the pic had a little bit of Cyclos' head hanging over it, and it was a close-up shot. Then I went back to Cyclos and beat him for my second time. Oh, my gosh! The Ballad of Gales is a relief! Now I just have to finish up the Tower of God. I bet they changed it to avoid religious contreversy. Again. Well! My second rant of the day is over. I need to save up for tommorow. Yup!
