I also enjoyed the final final part of the last boss battle. It was kickass.

Also Wind Waker's final battle against Ganondorf was cool, too.

^many fun battles are easy. Gannon in OoT was very fun too, but he was easy as HELL.

My favorite moments:

The Anju/Kafei pedo-love quest (love the name)
Ilia's memory returning (except for the useless whistle, should have happened earlier)
Zelda's sacrifice for Midna (which didn't make sense later in the game O_o!)
Daffy Duck Zant (WOOHOO HOOHOO!!)
Sumo Link (I'M NOT GAY!)
Nabooru's promise (what's up with that girl?)?

And the top favorite:

SHEIK'S SECRET (which should have been more specific)!!!
