There was a lot of really good music in the game, and the whole final boss sequence of Ocarina of Time is really second to none except for Twilight Princess. There was just this ominous sense of foreboding as you climbed Ganon's Tower, faced him without the benefit of Z-targeting, and then had to mad rush down the tower only to face him again. OoT Ganon definitely seemed like the largest, most formidable enemy in the game -- not just in terms of sheer size (since some are, realistically larger), but you get to see that size in raw comparison to Link in a (sort of) sword duel (of sorts). What was ESPECIALLY interesting about OoT was how MQ could be developed from it. I mean, the whole notion of redoing the dungeons just by changing a few game scripts and having them playing completely differently... after the fact... that's wickedly delicious. While MQ isn't hard on it's own merit, it is extremely challenging for OoT veterans because we have a handle for how things are "supposed to work"... and the game just doesn't. |

But noo. Delicate princesses have to go the long way. :/) Anyway, I was at the end... first playthrough, so I had like 30 seconds left. And the ****ing ReDead got me!! I barely escaped alive. D:< |

| Senior Member | Yes, he does speak from what I remember reading. Also, I do not think the Cucco Lady appears. She appears as Anju in Majora's Magna*snicker* though. |

Then, years later, I played the Adult Link part, much older. Instead of being scared by the stuff, I ran around like a crazed maniac, killing all the Redeads, Gibdos... etc... Then again, I got the Biggoron sword and from that point on basically murdered all foes in my path. Which I will be hated by ML for saying, but I basically killed the final boss by rolling between his legs/around them and slashing him to death. I forgot he could only die by Master sword, though, and spent about an hour torturing him with it before I got the message and killed him. @_@ I also remember using Light Arrows though--burning through all of them, even. Usually when he was about to attack me. |

About a year ago I finally learned that there's a bug in the game that prevents you from getting the deku nut upgrade in the lost woods with the mask of truth if you don't get it before becoming an adult. So about a month ago I got the upgrade before becoming adult and etc. and beat the game. So thus I never officially beat OoT!! X.X |

Doesn't really matter for me. I illegally downloaded the entire manga :P :P :P Well not entirely. Because I started reading it and some parts were just "eh," and I figured I shouldn't waste space on my computer for this. Some of the stories though are awesome. Young Link apparently befriends Volvagia as a young dragon, and when Link is an adult, he has trouble killing Volvagia because of his childhood memories. Sheik was with him and he (or rather she) was all like "SHOOT HIM!" and Link shouts "I CAN'T!" | |

If I like it, then I'll totally buy more. If not, not. *shrug* |

| Senior Member | Yeah, I've read it through a downloaded version off of some Zelda fansite. It was pretty kickass, and some of the small changes they did were pretty cool. I guess I'll buy it, so I have something extra to read. |

Spirit Temple/Water Temple 3. Malon (as a teenager, not a girl)/Ingo 4. IRON KNUCKLES!!! Those things were the bomb! The horse jumping scenes with Epona were memorable. Poes are awesome too. |

Malon/Gerudo guards 4. The paintings in Hyrule castle, Ganondorf playing his organ as you run up the stairs, and watching Link struggling to walk on dry land with the Iron Boots. |
