| Senior Member | Zant had finally entered Red Rock Pass. He looked to the left and to the right, but saw no camps on the border. That was strange, but the Gerudo would usually know what they were doing. The Fairy was not with him, she was somewhere, watching some plant aways back. This would give Zant more time to see how the Gerudo have been. He pulls out the Book of Spells and goes to the Red Pages, in order to identify him with that spell again. "Dark Mage Concelos" said Zant. His skin became Darker, and a robe materialized around him. He was "Onolov" once more. Zant knew that Gerudo were more accepting with Dark Mages than the other lands, this would give him a chance to sneak in and watch them for a bit. Then, if they figured him out, it would mean either running for his life, or getting captured (Which he never liked). He walked for a few miles and came upon a group of Gerudo, walking around, being Gerudo-ish. He attemped to listen in, but could only hear a few things here and there... "It's a good......General anymore" Said one of the Gerudo. ".....lost if not for the new general" Said another. "Why are you both talking about politics?! We need to check and see if anyone's near" said a more important looking Gerudo, making the other two get up and resume thier duties. Zant decided to just leave with someof the knowledge he had, but first....he had to sagotage something........... "hehehe...." He ran over quickly and relieved himself on some of thier supplies, then ran off, with only one Gerudo saying "HEY YOU!" to him as he ran. It was time for Zant to hide in another cave. ---------------------------- Lolwut Translation: Zant gets to Red Rock Pass. Ruins...2 Resources. In a Cave in Red Rock Pass. -------------------------- OoC: Also, instead of saying Generals can Kill Freelancers, how about you get them Status Ailments that do things like "Can not do anything this turn" or "Can only move 2 Spaces a turn". It'll keep some people (Like me <_<) from tackling whole armies without drawbacks, while not forcing them to die. |

Darmanto rested his massive body, sitting upon a conveniently-placed slab of rock in the Citadel. He needed a blasted INGENIOUS plan if he wanted to have a shadow of a chance of remaining in his position. It was his honor to be a freelancer... it seemed the only way to help his kind. Then again, maybe he WAS unfit.. maybe the Gorons would be better off without him... His inner conflicts were temporarily silenced when the Mailman came on his daily rounds, with today's paper. "I'll take it," I said, retrieving the paper and tipping the man a few rupees. He was a hard worker; he deserved a bit of gratitude. The man tipped his hat, and with a quick 'yah' as a thank-you, he was off to deliver elsewhere. Must be nice to not have to worry about sides, thought the Goron. At the same time, he wondered why a Hylian was bothering to deliver news to enemy races... ENEMY RACES. That was it!! He quickly glanced over the news for any bit of significant information before taking his rucksack and rolling off in a Southwest direction. It was a shame, really. The Postman did so much for them daily... but in war, enemies and hostilities are inevitable. After a few hours of rolling and munching on the occasional rock, Darmanto saw the once-bustling King's Highway, Northern Section, overrun by Hylian soldiers. Hylian soldiers? They were fierce warriors, to be sure, but quite frankly were not the most observant blokes on the planet. Darmanto had once heard a rumor that a little kid had snuck past the guards and got into the CASTLE!! He didn't quite trust the media, but that was an amusing story indeed. Darmanto decided to use this to his advantage. The Highway itself was marbled and smooth... with a fancy line of pillars lining it. It was, when not in times of war, the main road for trading and traveling, and the marbled cobble had faded to a dim gray from tread. Guards were posted at each column, providing what they believed to be a good view. It WAS a good layout... no one could get in or out without the guards noticing. Provided the guards were looking in the correct direction. Darmanto tried his luck and played the oldest trick known to any race, be it Hylian, Goron, or cucco. He hid himself behind a gently sloping hill, rolled into a ball, thrust his weight upward, and came crashing down with a bone-rattling thud. Lo and behold, it worked. Soldiers came running to the sound; completely unaware were they that their adversary was a Goron. Darmanto smirked, curled, and propelled himself away from the coming soldiers, then traveled in a wide circle before reaching the Highway. Here, he took out a nice big Special Crop of the Gorons... With a smirk, he planted it in the center of the Highway. He then rolled away, hoping none had spotted him... even if they had, they would never have hopes of catching a rolling Goron. An explosion cracked the night sky. A few unfortunate soldiers... ten, to be exact... had pitiful ends to their lives on that night. ------ Went to King's Highway North, killed ten Hylian blokes. |

You see, I forgot to include him in a Warmod Update, and then never got around to putting him back in. Who knows, maybe he'll be back some day. __________________ Boo--the only dude bad enough to rescue the president |

I noticed I lost 2 of my favorite college room mates last night. Anyhow, lame joke aside: Hylian Market: - Move 203 to Ruined Tower - Move 200 to King's Highway North King's Highway North: - Move 50 to Stone Circle - Move 50 to King's Highway South Old Union Bridge: - Move 100 to King's Highway South Edit: Oh and Boo, I would like to say I enjoy the twice a week updates. It gives enough time for me not to feel obligated that I'm holding the game up and such with the other petty things I do in life. ![]() |
