... Yes. I'm also suspicious of Joker and Mushi because they're not speaking much. CL was honestly just a guess, and it seems like it payed off. Now, I'm just waiting for her roleclaim before I make any inquiries about and to Mushi and Joker... although preferably I wish they'd talk a little more.

NOW AS FOR MY ROLE.

I am Belari.

Now, I have never played MC so I really don't know who this guy is aside from the flavor-text IAN put in my role PM. Apparently, I am an inventor currently working on my latest project... THE BOMB BAG.

Now, the thing is, my role is different from the other similar roles in previous Mafia games. Rather than being a bomb, I am simply what my character is... an inventor.

Every night, my night action is to try to create this specimen. My role PM states that there are certain factors during the day that affect my chances of creating it, but of course IAN wouldn't tell me what they were. Post count, FoSes, Votes, who knows? I don't.

Another thing I don't know is what exactly will happen if I manage to create this item at night. Is it strong or weak? I have no idea (though judging from the fact that I haven't made it yet, I'm guessing that it has pretty high requirements... hopefully meaning it's powerful.)

All that I know is that I am Belari the inventor and my night action is to try to invent the Bomb Bag.

I win with the town.

As for your Role Claim CL... I find something wrong with it, but I can't quite put my finger on it. Did you start out with an item of some sort?

The thing about CL's claim is that it ends up not really saying much of anything. This would be a good way to play things safe if Mafia, but it also seems like a plausible idea. (Somebody who played the game might know more.)

The biggest thing I need to decide is who I believe more. Give me a while.

No, I don't know what would happen if my Kinstone piece was joined.
But... regarding that bolded statement, there were items that never told what they would do. For example, my fishing lure from the last game. Basically, all that it said regarding what to do with it was that someone else would find it useful.

Yeah, I suppose I didn't know what that reekfish did. And I guess TG didn't know what Ilia could do, but that was just briefly. I don't know if I'm inclined to believe in a role with a task that you don't know how to accomplish, or what will be accomplished should you succeed.

I'm not entirely convinced of CL's roleclaim, either. It sounds far too complicated for ian to do. (No offense, ian--you just come off to me as a simple person. :D)

I also wonder if there are any other items in this game.

Hmmmm... the more I read about Belari (I've never played Minish Cap either, admittedly), the less your claim makes sense CL.

If you role-Claim is true, I find it hard to believe that with such a hard-to-use ability like "creating a Bomb Bag", you wouldn't at least have some sort of item (like, oh say... a Kinstone?). Also... creating a Bomb Bag? I would think creating a bomb would make a lot more sense!

... I sorry but I'm not sold on your Role-Claim, CL. My vote stands.

But if your so sure you're not a Mafioso, care to give an opinion on who is? No point holding back now, I'd say.

Well, obviously I'd like Mushi to get his inactive butt in here. But aside from that, based off of posting?

Here we go:

1: CL of the Hippie Pirates- Town.
6: Deku Trii- I trust him. Mostly because it really seems like he's trying to get mafia. He just feels townish to me.
7: Joker- Gah... I don't know. Maybe mafia, or maybe he's just being his erratic self. Really hard to tell.
9: S1x- Again, I'm torn. Half of me really wants to say he's town but I'm just not sure at other times.
13: StarryPeach -she feels like she's really looking at things and trying to catch mafia. I believe she is town.
14: Microphone_Kirby- I do believe you are town, just that you made a mistake last night. It would be a stupid mafia move to get a townie lynched off of investigations. Also, DT said he knew your role and I trust DT.
15: ??? MC Mushi Mo- very inactive... possibly mafia, or just lazy

...Those are my current feelings. We shall see how they are affected as things may come up later.

M_K, who is your role? I don't see much point in revealing the power of your role and not the character, since claiming cop already painted a bullseye on your back if you're telling the truth.

I'm going with M_K on this based on the assumption he's telling truth. I'd still like to see if there is a bus driver or if anyone else makes a counter role claim.

The last mafia game I was able to identify one of my mafia attackers and told the town who it was. However no one paid much attention (in truth I was messing around alot anyways) and he got to live to the end of the game. So in hopes that M_K is on our side and correct in his investigation...I'm keeping my vote on CL.

Next, I want to mention something that’s been bothering me as I read through the last few pages. Where the hell are everyone’s night actions? I fail to believe that only M_K, CL and I had night actions that went through or got a response. Which leads me to my next point…..?

I performed my second night action of the game so far, and this time I got a response about what happened. I successfully deflected an attack last night. The PM didn’t state whether it was fire or rock (thanks for giving all the details IAN ) all it said was that I was targeted and had successfully deflected the attack.

And since, I’m the only one left who has confirmed their night actions and not given a role claim….here it is

I’m Swiftblade the First. I’m the master of the great spin attack and can deflect any night attacks to a random player. However I can only perform this action a number of times before becoming dizzy. Once I'm dizzy then I will be unable to perform this action for the rest of the game.

I win with the town
Last night was the second time I used my ability and the first time that I have gotten a response out of it. I first used it on night 3 thinking that I would be targeted by the mafia. I didn’t get any response from that night, so I’m assuming that I wasn’t attacked.

In the end it makes me really suspicious of those who are pretty much telling us nothing about what they find out during the night. And as a final side point….I might not have found the time these past few days to post much but I can assure that I’ve been more vocal and serious about helping the town than many of you here accusing me of being silent.

That's why I haven't been able to help with night-time investigations. I can only go by what other people find out at night, and what people say during the day.
