Well, to be honest I didn't even realize that I could pick someone else. I've avoided FAQs ya see, so I just said OK to the first person that came in. That, of course, would be Colette.

I just checked a FAQ looking only at that part of the game...guess I missed Kratos re-joining, huh?

Yuan-ring sidequest? Either I missed it completely or just haven't gotten there yet. I'm in the midst of making the sidequest rounds now.

Yeah, I had the same situation as Tritoch. I didn't know there was going to be other choices so I just said yes when Colette asked.

I wouldn't have wanted Kratos to rejoin anyway, I like Zelos too much. [img]tongue.gif[/img]

I do recommend you go back and get Kratos on a second playthrough, or read his scenes (or watch it, downloadable here: http://www.digitalsloth.net/tos/ ). Adds to the understanding of the story and his motives.

Tritoch, the Yuan sidequest, if you can still get it, is obtainable by going to Hima, then to the *peak* of Fuuji Mts, then to Palmacosta Ranch. I'm not sure if you can still get it or not... again, you don't get anything, but it really helps with understanding the story, motives, and such. [img]smile.gif[/img]

...You know, I'm gonna go out on a limb here and say that TOS isn't something I'd enjoy. I mean, I'd originally heard that it was going to be sort of a brawler/RPG hybrid, like 'Dynasty Warriors' or 'River City Ransom', or 'Dew Prism'. But I just checked it out at a friend's hizzy, and it seems to be merely an RPG with inexplicable brawl-style battles. Definitely not my thing.

Boo, I haven't played Dynasty Warriors or anything, but this game is like... an RPG for action game lovers. ^_^ The battles play out like Super Smash Bros. and are quite fun... you can skip a lot of conversation if you'd like, but really, the story is great. ^_^

If you get Kratos, Colette will be the person the plot will also semi-focus on. ...Kratos is too strong to be abducted, you see. XD

If you do not get Kratos, the plot will revolve around any one of the other seven people (including Colette, that is, but not including Kratos).
