Beam Yosho, it's not a wolfos, as wolfos stand up on their hind legs, and are much smaller.
First off, with regard to the former of those two statements, there's no proof of that. We don't know what this Hyrule even looks like, much as Miyamoto and Aonuma are balking at even calling the horse Epona. Time will tell, but there's no proof.

Secondly, wolfosi do pad around on all fours sometimes; they attack with two feet off the ground, but they run around with all four.

I think I might boot up mine and pinpoint the exact junction for you.

Wolfos DO go on all fours, but are on two legs in their neutral position. They actually run like simains/gorillas.
And their bodies are MUCH more compact.

They can change it anytime they like, Kargath. Just like any history or such that you manage to take for granted. It's a world of games: what makes it into one might not the next.
Who's to say that they'll behave or look the same?

(a) That doesn't mean they are the same place. It could VERY WELL be a similar place with one single hallway that looks similar, for the love of God. However, if you'd like proof that you just MIGHT be wrong, the tile at the bottom of the well was NOT blue, but BROWN. This is blue/grey. There, happy? Just as how because it's a horse and it looks like Epona doesn't mean it's Epona, similarly, it doesn't mean a similar junction we have seen before just so happens OMG! to be the same place in a new game. Gee whiz.

[Edit: And before you start criticising me about how some of the walls down there ARE blue, look closely and you'll see that they're brown walls with blue tint. The walls in the video do not appear to have brown hue whatsoever.]

(b) Second off, let's take a look back for a bit. Moblins. Moblins in the earlier Zelda games were the same height in pixels as Link. Boot up your Link to the Past game and take a gander in the Dark World. Once we got to Ocarina of Time, they were twice as wide and twice as tall. OMG, they can't be Moblins because they don't look the same. Oh noes! The Wolfos need to be the same too! Because Nintendo will never do something like artistic license or will ever ever change what Hyrule looks like.

</sarcasm>

Take a chill pill and whatever you do, don't drink and derive. You don't have the game yet; there's no bloody way you can POSSIBLY prove the stuff you're talking about. Go home.

Other than that it's supposed to take place after Wind Waker and that it's going to be released in Q4, no.

I only jus tnoticed that. It looks like a golem or trollish monster to me. Though, it could be a kind of moblin.

A) Yeah, I could be wrong. Then again, so could you. I want another trailer.

B) Heh. Moblins actually come in different sizes. From link-size (as you've mentioned) to "TANK" size. This is true even in the early games (see Link's Awakening as an example.) Yeah, things do change, but we're simply working with what we have in this topic, and what we have is data on the enemies and locations from previous games.

The wolf is simple, it's proof of the "lone wolf" theory originally created by Boo. It's simple, really.
