VGF Message Board Problem - VGF

Sorry to dump another problem on you but here it is. A friend of mine is trying to log on to this site and every time he logs in it just says he hasn't. I had this same problem when I first signed up but it finally worked(obviously). I went through the steps to get a lost password thinking I had done something wrong with it. I had the right info but the next time I tried it worked. I thought at the time that I had simply just not capitalized my name but I told my friend to check caps and it didn't work. I have no clue what's going on so if you could help I would appreciate it.
