It lacks relevance to the series, and it's really just an official mod to OoT which I wasn't so wild about. Time limit in an adventure game = very bad. Otherwise, you might just be a new guy, but I assure you that topics like "Zelda Rocks!" don't need to be made. That, and you've bumped up some topics that died quite a while ago, which is a bit of a nono in the way of messageboard etiquette. Anyway - I really would have liked Majora's Mask, had the plot driven me to at least partially care. As is, I didn't really feel like doing any of the things they throw at you - especially not with some clock - as convenient as they tried to make it - ticking down. ![]() [ October 18, 2005, 04:42 PM: Message edited by: Ange Mecanique ] |

I finished it for you CoVanEnT GrUnT 229. Link the Hylian Hero, why can't you spell right? CoVanEnT GrUnT 229, how long did that take? (This was Blazing Sun's human friend) |

The kid didn't flame anyone gave a simple opinion about a game he likes that holds absolute relevance to this forum and like only one person actually stuck to the topic, every one else, including myself with this post just started ragging on the kid for his poor grammar and spelling. I didn't realize having to use proper gramar was now a requirment for posting on this board! Its either spell **** right or get your ass handed to you by a bunch of english geeks with too much time on your hand |

A.I. Was the only one to offer some type of advice that wasn't all too condescending while still replying to the topic itself. Everyone else was just flamming him for his grammar or lack there of. [ October 19, 2005, 04:03 PM: Message edited by: Joker : Lord of the Nosferatu ]

That post is kind of encouraging newbies like him to purposely misspell words. Would you like a bunch of people on your forum saying: i want to p1ay on tis rpg top1c t00 can i play please i really want to play rpg are kinds of fun so please can i play? Would you? |

As to CoVanEnT GrUnT's and your discussion, I suggest it end as CoVanEnT GrUnT 229 will discuss this with you until it turn's into a flame war. CoVanEnT GrUnT: Do you know that this guy is a moderator? I suggest you not flame him.

I didn't mean to start WWIII (or is it WWIV now?). I simply can't stand that kind of post. Short-hand is fine for a chat room, and typos happen to the best of us (or the worst of us, like me); but when you have enough time to spell everything right (like now) and use all the right punctuation (also like now) there's no reason not to at least make it readable. My guess is that Link the hylian hero can spell better than that if he put his mind to it. I don't want to start a flame war (like I said, I appologize for any offence you may have taken at my post, Link the hylian hero) but it's true that his post really is hard to read, at least for me. you're right when you say to either try to read it or ignore it, but I think it's in his best interest to listen to SOMEONE that says he needs to improve his spelling, or his topics are going to be strangely empty as everyone takes your advice and ignores them. P.S. Quote:

Hell I'm 24yrs old and as seen above I make wondefully delightfull grammar mistakes. But I dare one of you bastards to start something ??? I'll CUT YOU !!!
