Why not, if the MotionPlus improves the Wiimote's functions.

I've never seen Nintendo require a peripheral for playing a game before!

...sarcasm aside, should be optional. Whatever.

blah blah bawwing over a better function of the wiimote!

also way to not read (even if it is just a possibility): If Nintendo has already committed to including Wii MotionPlus support in the game, it’s quite unlikely that it would make it optional, especially as it can just bundle the MotionPlus in with every copy of the game so that every player has the device.

If they do it, it should be optional because I won't do it. -CSM

It's kinda like leaving your house without shoes.

It SHOULD be optional, but your feet will hurt otherwise.

You guys arn't seeing the problem I am.

I don't want to spend more money on some silly little add-on to play my favorite games. It seems like nintendo are TRYING to drain money from us, it's a bit of an asshat move if you ask me.

Arrow Don't read this if you're younger than seventeen.

Reminds me of this Penny-Arcade comic:

Because we know Nintendo is a not-for-profit charity organization which prints games for free to entertain bored nerds worldwide

I'm surprised no one really cares about forking out the money that much. I for one wouldn't want to spend the money on an extra feature when my old controller should be more than capable of playing a video game.

Didn't the regular X-Box require some stupid ass controller to play DVDs for 30 flippin' dollars? Did people really fork out money to play DVDs on their x-boxes when they could have easily just used their DVD player?

Did you hate having to buy a Nunchuk?

MotionPlus will cost just as much. I don't see it as a big deal.

Better investment than the DK Bongos.
And the EyeToy.
And Steel Battalion.

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"
