Well ever since i played the first LoZ on the Wind Waker bonus disk, I've been a fan of the wooden sword. And it was a real treat to see it return for all of one fight in Twilight Princess. So...would anyone else like to see the Wood Sword return in The Legend of Zelda: The Girl is a Sword, or whatever the next game is bloody going to be called. EDIT: In retrospect that topic title sure is one heck of an innuendo. |

Miyamoto killed some guy with a wooden sword he carved out of a boat oar, in one of his famously badass exploits. |

In DbtS, you can cut off enemy's limbs/extremities, pick up said limbs, and beat the remaining enemies to death with them. Occasionally while they're still grasping their weapon. | |

Now THAT is awesome. x{D Point remains that beating the snot out of enemies with something [either a weapon or a limb] that came from them is pretty awesome. |

As long as they don't make it like a Biggoron Sword and it breaks after a certain amount of hits and you have to trek all the way back to Death Mountain to play 200 rupees for a new one. |

The problem with Biggoron is that you have to do a stupid trading quest to actually GET his sword, then play the Sun's Song like fifty times. >_> Point remains that yeah, I usually never get those WE'LL FIX YOUR SWORD BUT IT WILL BECOME DULL AFTER 100 HITS things, because then I get really nervous about using one of my 100 swings, so then I die because I don't want to use the sword because I JUST MIGHT NEED IT LATER. |
