What is Majora? What happened with Zant? What is the truth about the Octoroks? In this topic, questions such as these shall be answered. First, what was with Zant following the final battle of Twilight Princess? He just came back and was watching your battle. He was so confused at seeing his god lose that he cocked his head in confusion. Unfortunately, he was as vulnerable as a new-born baby, so he broke his neck. Whoops. And the shocking truth about the Octoroks!? They're evolving into what we call...man. See, they started on water, shooting rocks. Then after many years in Hyrule...they walked on land, shooting rocks. Clearly, in a later chronological game, we'll see them firing nukes instead of rocks. Logical progression. Oh, and the land Octoroks in the DS games were, uh, ahead of their time. And those things in Skyward Sword are actually a crossbreed of a Deku Scrub and Octorok! And now, it is your turn. Answer the riddles of Hyrule, and solve the mystery! Ooga-booga! |

Some of their theories were pretty cool. |

They're innocently trying to protect you by returning you to the entrance of dungeons and keeping you away from the dangerous bosses that have already killed so many. |

The Zora enemies are actually an evolved and aggressive form of fish-men that first appeared (chronologically) in Phantom Hourglass, where they fought with shield and sword. The living dry-landers, in a bid to identify their origin, mistook them for the Zora people spoken of in old times. Being an entirely different and malevolent race of creatures is strictly coincidental: the more recent Hyrulians have never known the truth - that the Zoras they know were falsely identified as being the same fish-men. |
