Symphony of the Goddess

Zelda Symphony

So I guess they are doing a proper orchestra tour for Zelda music? That would be exceptional, definitely.

From IGN:
Quote:
This four-movement symphony will be presented alongside a video presentation recounting classic storylines from games like Ocarina of Time, A Link to the Past, Twilight Princess and The Wind Waker, though the full concert will cover songs that span the entire series. It will be conducted by Eimear Noone with arrangements by music director Chad Seiter.
And from the Symphony's Twitter, just in case any of you want to buy tickets:

That's nowhere even remotely close to me.

Is this going to be like Video Games Live, where they use local musicians at every venue, or is the orchestra touring too?

And remember, "I'm-a Luigi, number one!"

My hunch is that it's local musicians, traveling conductors and special guests, like VGL and Play. That's how I actually think most symphonic tours go, to be honest.
