November ELSPA Awards

These awards are presented by ELSPA (Entertainment
and Leisure Software Publishers Association) on a sales basis
for game sales in the UK.
After selling 250,000 copies in two days, Grand
Theft Auto: Vice City received silver, gold, and platinum
awards from ELSPA representing sales of over 100k, 200k, and
300k respectively. Grand Theft Auto 3, with over one
million copies sold, became the first ever game to receive
a diamond award.
Both Gran Turismo 2 and Gran Turismo
3 for the PS2 received double platinum awards for sales
of over 600,000.
FIFA 2003 for PS2 received silver and
gold awards for selling over 200,000 units in under four weeks.

awards:
- Dancing Stage Euromix (PSX, Konami, Week 7 2001)
- Pro Evolution Soccer 2 (PS2, Konami, Week 43)
- Scooby Doo & The Cyber Chase (PSX, Week 49
2001)
- Shogun: Total War (PC, EA, Week 25 2000)
- Super Mario Sunshine (GCN, Nintendo, Week 40)
