Everyone has had their fair share of local tournaments. Now you can finally see how Super Smash Brothers Melee is played on a national level. Tournament Go 4 is the 4th installment of the popular Tournament Go Tournaments and featured a heated Smash Brothers Melee event. It took place last January, and attracted players from all across the United States. Players from Washington, Montana, Idaho, Texas, Kentucky, Illinois, Ohio, and California all participated in the tournament.

This will be one of the few opportunities to see footage from the current Melee National Champion and TG4 champion, Ken.

The TG4 DVD contains around 5 hours of gameplay footage across a 3 disc set. Also included will be Tournament Photo Log and a special 30-40 minute documentary containing footage of the tournament environment, player interviews and trash talking, and miscellaneous fun stuff. Also included will be all the grudge money matches that were played between Ken and some of the top northern California players.

A portion of the proceeds will go to support a fund to rent out a place for TG5, which will insure that another tournament will happen in the future. Only pre-orders will go toward the TG5 fund. Supporting the cause will make it more likley that cool things like this can be provided for the Smash Brothers community in the future. The price will also be raised after the initial release.

You get all this for only $19.99, if you pre-order. Prices will go up to $25.00 after the release date, so order early and save. If you missed getting the DVD of TG3, you can also get it now in a TG3 and 4 bundle for only $5 more.

All orders are going through the company Monster Crayons, and will be shipped on April 28th. Please note that the DVDs do not work in every DVD player. Check Monstery Crayons website to see if your player is compatible. They do however, work on the PlayStation 2.
