No. He should be voiced by the exhumed Lou Albano.

Cool interview here, we might get a female protagonist finally (and I hope it is Zelda as Shiek if we do, it can be an interquel where we see what she was up to in OoT when Link wasn't around):

Oh, there's also a part in the article where it mentions that some people were whining about Zelda crying in a trailer, that it makes her weak, which is just so stupid.Eurogamer: Zelda fans continue to show interest in having Zelda as a playable character, and I wonder if that was something that was considered for Breath of the Wild?
Aonuma: I seem to remember three years ago when we showed the first trailer at E3, I said something along the lines of “I never said that Link would necessarily be male” or something along those lines, and that got taken out of context and turned into a rumour that took on a life of its own. Link has always been portrayed as a male character as the protagonist of the games.
After that happened actually, we did discuss in the team about whether or not we should have a female protagonist. I spoke to Mr Miyamoto about it and the whole team talked about it, but in the end, it just didn’t happen.
On Wii U of course there’s already Hyrule Warriors where Princess Zelda is a playable character, and there’s actually quite an assortment of characters including several female ones. And that title is already available of course. So looking to the future, talking about the possibility of having a playable female protagonist, I’d say yes, it’s a possibility.

Does Zelda need plot?
Does Zelda need boss monsters?
Does Zelda need Zelda?
Does Zelda need Ganondorf?
Does Zelda need dialogue?
Does Zelda need exploration?
I would say that, technically, all of these answers could be no. But that doesn't mean that they all should be no.

But it's done well without voice-acting all this time.

So are you suggesting that games should never try new things, that they shouldn't ever try to evolve, that they shouldn't be bold and daring when coming out with something else?
We wouldn't have gotten Zelda II as it introduced sidescrolling.
We wouldn't have gotten A Link to the Past, which transformed Ganon into a character.
We wouldn't have gotten Link's Awakening then with its emphasis on its tragic story.
We wouldn't have gotten Ocarina of Time then because it introduced 3D.
We wouldn't have gotten Majora's Mask because it relies upon a very different plot structure than games before it.
We wouldn't have gotten the Oracles because those games introduced many good items and dungeon puzzles after it.
We wouldn't have gotten Wind Waker as it introduced sailing.
We wouldn't have gotten Four Swords as it introduced multiplayer and a new villain.
We wouldn't have gotten Four Swords Adventures as it introduced a chapter-by-chapter narrative.
We wouldn't have gotten Minish Cap as it introduced new items and an origin story for the hat.
We wouldn't have gotten Twilight Princess as it introduced a greater emphasis on sword combat and motion controls.
We wouldn't have gotten Phantom Hourglass as it introduced a new sailing mechanic.
We wouldn't have gotten Spirit Tracks as it ditched the overworld.
We wouldn't have gotten Skyward Sword as it introduced a discontinuous overworld as well as flying mechanics.
We wouldn't have gotten A Link between Worlds as it introduced walk-walking.
We wouldn't have gotten Tri Force Heroes as it introduced online multiplayer for the main story.

Zelda is one of the few Nintendo series where Nintendo mostly just reuses themes and design concepts to build a new game from the ground up, rather than essentially iterate in a blind fashion. It has led to some good things, and some bad. It's always interesting to see what they do with it, though.
Maybe people thought Zelda didn't need an orchestral soundtrack, or to go 3D, or include in-game story...or advance in any way. But it did. And I'm glad. Voice acting is long overdue.
Honestly, sequenced music can achieve some amazing stuff - they just needed to either bite the bullet and hire a real sound designer/producer or at least start recording more contextual samples so we're not hearing notes with literally the same attack/release and modulation over and over as that is very uncanny valley in terms of audio. It's definitely possible to do better, I've been doing it with a soundtable from Ocarina. Unfortunately, while composition is amazing at Nintendo and Kondo is an expert in that branch, Nintendo's never been good with the technical aspect of audio.
