TL;DR...
A-Rod (Yankees): Gone through the end of 2014, 211 games in total. Appealing the suspension, probably just so he can play during the appeal.
The rest each got 50 games: Nelson Cruz (Rangers), Jhonny Peralta (Tigers), Everth Cabrera (Padres), Jesus Montero (Mariners), Francisco Cervelli (Yankees), Antonio Bastardo (Phillies), Jordany Valdespin (Mets), Fernando Martinez, Cesar Puello, Sergio Escalona (all 3 are minor-leaguers), Jordan Norberto, & Fautino de los Santos (both are free agents).

Ryan Braun (Brewers) was already given a 65 game suspension 2 weeks ago, so he'll miss the rest of 2013.

It's funny because most of these guys haven't been anything spectacular lately, and several of them are just bad. More than half of them were in the minors or free agents when the suspensions came out.

Although since most of them had suspicious bulges in their stats around 2011, I'm guessing all of the cheating happened then rather than in the last year or two.

A-Rod's just appealing because once the ban goes into place, he's done with. Nobody's gonna want to sign a 40 year-old who hasn't played for a year and a half.

Detroit's definitely gonna be missing Peralta's .300 batting average, but seeing that the Tigers have the highest team batting average in the MLB, it shouldn't be too big a loss.
and that's the waaaaaaaaaay the news goes

Antonio Bastardo should really just change his last name to Snow.

Bastardo is one of my favorite baseball names. I'm glad the Tigers traded for Iglesias. They knew this was coming.

^ If Iglesias can field the rest of the season like he did last night, I'm all aboard that train.

Trivia time: The 2 winningest teams in baseball so far this year (Red Sox & Braves) have no players involved in this scandal. In fact, of the 12 teams with over 60 wins each right now, only 2 had a player involved (Tigers & Rangers).
The Tigers are the only division leaders with a sentenced player; however, at least one team in each division got dragged into it.

And was Peralta even with the Tigers at the time?

A-Rod is probably going to retire. Just once I would like to see him attempt to play a game in Fenway before he retires. -CSM
