ditto kat, here-- bland foods. Every time I lose my appetite, I force myself to just take little nibbles of bland boring **** that doesn't make me nauseous to look at, can only take like a few bites, then I try again in an hour or so. Force bland, light stuff down, only just as much as you can take in a sitting, and try again after taking some time. Just make sure to get food in you, no matter how much you don't want to.

Don't worry boo. Try as hard as you can to kick that habit and eventually you will.

I kinda understand how you're feeling right now. Maybe not in the exact same way and I'm not a recovering alcoholic but I know what it's like to truly crave something that you probably shouldn't want. I know what it's like to not be able to do things for fun because they just aren't fun anymore.
