Do you enjoy participating in sport or just like to do something on your own?

What have you done that's considered exercise?

I have been walking, swimming and a little tai chi this week... wheeeeeeeeeeee :D

Work. Several hours of walking at a relatively high speed around a massive school campus, with the added bonus of lugging a 5kg backpack vacuum up and down the stairs and back and forth through the rooms? Yeah, that's more than enough exercise necessary for me.
Nonsense, I have not yet begun to defile myself.

Mostly walking, although I also did some jumping, mostly to see how high I can land from. Averaging about five feet, not too shabby.

I lifted weights a few times, but I skipped my usual basketball Tuesday. I may play softball tomorrow.
