Sure. If there are any ties which require resolution, I will poll the community staff, and there may be further results. Of course, a final announcement will be made via the completion of the header.

I will say that 8 of the current top ten are Nintendo characters, which is unsurprising although I will have to diversify it some for the actual header, which may mean rolling over to the next character from another company. I will probably just pad it out with my own choices which will not necessarily include characters from the list/any suggestions Shane may like to make. I don't have a problem including a hefty amount, it should be a pretty epic header.

Take the top team (character) from each division (company), then after take the next best overall to fill the slots.

You crazy Nintendo fans went all out. It's hard not to, when Nintendo's made some of the most iconic characters of all time, I admit. Still, I'm going to limit it to two of the most popular characters from each franchise featured, and cycle in some of the other characters at most. This probably means Rosalina and Daisy will be cut from the VGF-chosen 10, and I will likely be polling the mod forum to decide which additional two characters will make it in.
