^^Sorry Dylan. The way I see it, the Pats are already successful and annoying. The Eagles are just annoying. I dunno if I want to add “successful” to that. Obviously, I understand you feeling differently.

^My consolation if the Eagles win is that our church treasurer is an Eagles fan, so I’ll be happy for him

I'm not even going to watch the Superbowl this year. Its just no fun seeing the Patriots in it AGAIN. And they get to face a backup quarterback this year? Oh so intimidating. The Superbowl is dead to me until Tom Brady and Bill Belichick are gone.

That was a fun game to watch, and the Evil Empire lost which was nice. Cool moment as a Michigan fan that the play that basically decided the game was Brandon Graham strip-sacking Tom Brady.

I was just really happy for some of my Twitter friends at the end because they were really happy. Really hope I can feel that same way one day as a Lions fan (lol).

The Tide gag was good but most of the other commercials sucked. JT's halftime performance was pretty lame as well.

Tide definitely won the commercial war this year, no question.

That game was fantastic. I’m glad I decided to watch—I almost fell on the side of “I don’t really like either of these teams, so why bother,” but that would have been dumb.

Being so impartial about the teams made it awesome to watch, too, because every twist and turn was exciting. In the end, I’m happy the Eagles won, for the sake of a few of my Twitter follows and my church treasurer, and also for Nick Foles. Seriously, Nick Foles is such a great success story, I won’t be surprised if there’s a movie about him eventually. Or at least a 30 for 30.

All right, so I said that raw pick percentage will be the tie breaker before this started, and I wanna make that absolutely clear...

...because, uh, I won the playoff pool

1. @Marilink - 10 (tiebreaker winner, with 7 raw picks correct)
2. @March - 10 (tiebreaker - 6 raw picks correct)
2. @glux - 10 (tiebreaker - 6 raw picks correct)
4. @Calamity Panfan - 9
4. @Auron - 9
6. @Heroine of the Dragon - 8
7. @Gumchum - 7
8. @smol Kat -6

Well I'll be - that was a darn awesome game. Right down to the wire. Thought it was going to go down like last year and then at the last second - NOPE. It's ALWAYS exciting to see someone take on the big guy and actually do it.

Commercials were generally on the "meh" side but yeah - Tide was best.

Halftime show put me in a coma.

Aww, I'm last.

I didn't watch but i heard it was a good game. At least now i can start washing away the salt from that travesty of a NCAAF championship.

I really wanted the Patriots to lose this year because I was so tired of hearing about how great Brady is, and the Pats/Brady fans were the most obnoxious fan base on the planet.
Then the Eagles won the NFC and became THE most obnoxious fan base on the planet, so I was cheering for the Patriots.
Somewhere around 10 minutes left in the game I stopped caring who was going to win because it was such a fantastic game.
And now I'm annoyed the Pats lost because the Eagles fans are twice as obnoxious...
So if anyone lost the Superbowl, it's me.
