EIDOS XBOX EXCLUSIVE

Eidos Interactive today announced that its first title for the Xbox is currently in development. Created by Crystal Dynamics, the developer of the Legacy of Kain and GEX franchises, Mad Dash is a multi-player race competition that combines combat-style gameplay with a 3D action-adventure game.

The game is exclusive to the Xbox and is scheduled for release in the first wave of games for the launch this fall. Mad Dash was chosen as one of a select few third-party titles to be featured in the Xbox booth at this year's E3.

"Crystal Dynamics has once again proven their exceptional talent for developing console games with Mad Dash," said J Allard, General Manager, Xbox Platform. "This completely original platform-style racing game is unique not only in the Xbox line-up, but across all console platforms, period."
